THE ASK: Increase attendance at women’s basketball games.
THE PROCESS: We utilized primary and secondary research to create a campaign and media plan aimed at getting interest in individual athletes among two distinct audiences to translate to attendance.
THE RESULT: Season attendance numbers aren’t available yet, but a survey of our young ducks audience asked the question “Do you care about Oregon Women’s basketball?” Prior to the campaign, 77.7% responded no. When presented with the same question after the Wonder Ducks campaign, 74% responded yes.
